You can view you calendar in Outlook by using the iCal or webcal interfaces. Both of these are protocols that are built an top of the .ics file format.
The easiest way to view an Organize Us calendar in Outlook, or any iCal aware application, is to click on the iCal link [

] available on the top of every calendar page. When you click on this link, the browser will launch the application registered for the .ics format. When Outlook is installed it will be the default. Outlook will then display the Organize Us calendar next to your outlook calendar.
The downside of this approach is that it is just a one time snapshot of the calendar events for the upcoming year. If someone adds an event to the Organize Us calendar, it will not show up in outlook unless you open the iCal link again.
Webcal is similar to iCal, except that it will periodically get the most recent .ics file for you and update your calendar in Outlook.
To use Webcal in outlook you first need to add the calendar through the account settings dialog. You do this by clicking the "Tools" Menu and selecting the "Account Settings" option. On the dialog, you should select the "Internet Calendars" tab and you will see the following dialog:

Select the "New..." enter the URL to the .ics file for the Organize Us calendar that you want to use. You can copy this URL from your browser by right-clicking on the iCal link[

] and selecting the "copy link" command. Then you can just paste the URL.

After you press the "Add" button, you will be asked to authenticate with Organize Us. Enter your Organize Us login name and password and press OK.
Assuming that the credentials you enter are correct, you will then see the outlook options dialog below:

If you do not want to change anything, you can accept the defaults by pressing the OK button.
After you press the OK button, the Organize Us calendar will be added and displayed within Outlook.
Outlook will periodically retrieve the updated calendar and display the new events as they are added or updated on Organize Us.
Currently, there is no way to update Organize Us calendars from within Outlook. To add, update, and delete events, you need to use the web based interface for the calendar.
