Your profile is how Organize Us manages our information about you. This includes important information like your login name and password and other information like your display name and email preferences.
Login Name:
You cannot update your Login Name (which is also your email address). If for some reason you need to update your email address you will need to email us at Support@OrganizeUs.com.
Display Name:
Your display name is what Organize Us will display instead of your login name. If this is not set, or is empty, your login name will be used as your display name.
Password:
To update your password, enter your new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields. Your only need to enter this information if you are changing your password. If you are updating a different part of your profile, your password is not needed. Changing your password will also invalidate your save login credentials on any computer that you have previously saved your password.
Remember Me:
The remember me checkbox is used when you change your password. If you have updated your password, and the remember me checkbox is checked then you will not be prompted top log in again. This is the same as checking the remember me checkbox on the login page.
If you uncheck this box, then your saved crededntials will be cleared and you will be forced to enter your password the next time you access Organize Us.
Send Emails On:
Organize Us will send a nightly email report whenever there is activity or Upcoming events. If you want these reports to be emailed less frequently, or on specific days of the week, you can do by checking the appropriate day of week checkboxes.
Send Emails When:
You can use these settings to change what triggers the nightly email reports. You can choose to have email sent when there is activity, and/or when there are upcoming events.
Disable Account:
If you are no longer interested in using Organize Us, you can use the disable account link to disable your account.
